Growing up as a country boy in Jamaica, I developed a deep appreciation for food, culture, and community. I vividly remember selling food with my mother at Carnival, where I witnessed the magic of delicious, soulful cooking. The aroma of jerk spices in the air brought joy to people’s faces, lifting their spirits and connecting them in moments of pure happiness.

Watching their expressions light up with each bite of that mouth-watering jerk chicken showed me the power of food, and that moment planted a seed in me that still grows today.

Over time, my passion for food and people led me to discover one of nature’s greatest treasures: honey.

My Love for Honey

Whether I’m grilling, roasting, baking, or mixing, honey has become my go-to ingredient in the kitchen. It’s more than a sweetener—it’s a culinary experience. My mission is to inspire positive change in people and communities across Canada and the world by improving mental wellness, building strong families, and creating lasting memories through food, education, social engagement, and cultural legacy.

Under my mantra “HAPPY MIND”, I strive to support:

● Healthier eating habits

● Clean, safe, thriving communities

Giving Back: The Albert George Loney Foundation

As a Social Entrepreneur, I believe no child should be deprived of education because of a lack of basic resources. In honour of my father’s legacy, I created the Albert George Loney Foundation, a youth-centred initiative serving the communities of Grange Hill, Strathbogie, and Petersfield, Westmoreland, Jamaica.

The foundation partners with local school districts and the juvenile court system to:

● Promote pro-social friendships

● Build strong interpersonal skills

● Reignite hope in the future for youth at risk

● $0.25 from every bottle of honey sold is donated directly to the AGL Foundation to support these programs.
