Return & Refund Window

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges after this period.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:
● The item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
● The product must be in its original packaging.
● A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at chris@honey-guru.com with clear photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. This is required for us to file a claim with our shipping partners.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products and health regulations, certain items cannot be returned, including:
● Perishable goods, such as food products (excluding unopened honey)
● Sanitary goods
● Hazardous materials
● Flammable liquids or gases

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
● Any item not in its original condition, or with damaged/missing parts not due to our error
● Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Processing Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
