Growing up in Jamaica, my love for REAL JERK was born out of vibrant memories—selling with my mom at Carnival, where the aroma of jerk spices transformed the atmosphere. This deep-rooted passion, combined with a love for cooking, inspired the creation of our Honey Bar-B Jerk Sauce, a perfect marriage of Jamaican flavours and the sweetness of Canadian honey.
